ITS Property Maintenance seeks a Multi‑Trader to refurbish void properties in Southampton and Portsmouth on a 3‑month temporary basis.
Role covers plumbing, tiling, painting, carpentry and kitchen/bathroom upgrades with a 7.30am–5pm schedule.
UK driving licence and own van required.
Candidate must have an NVQ Level 2/3 or proven time‑served competence, plus tools (110V) and IT PDA skills.
No electrical or gas work involved; strong safety and teamwork ethos essential.
