ITS Property Maintenance are recruiting for an experienced Groundworker / Skilled Labourer to carry out external works across domestic properties in and around Bulford and Tidworth, Wiltshire. This role is ideally suited to someone with good practical groundworks and hard landscaping experience who is comfortable carrying out physically demanding work, including digging, ground preparation and minor paving/slabbing works. This is not a heavy groundworks position involving large-scale foundations, drainage or kerbing. The work is predominantly smaller-scale domestic external works.

The Role

Working on behalf of an established property maintenance contractor, you will be carrying out a variety of external groundworks and hard landscaping tasks across domestic properties. The work will involve a significant amount of manual digging and ground preparation, alongside smaller paving, slabbing and general external works as required. You will need to be comfortable working independently and as part of a team while maintaining a good standard of workmanship around occupied domestic properties.

  • Previous MOD, social housing, housing association or maintenance experience advantageous
  • Good practical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic
