SW-007-Painter-285 Painter 20 - 24 per hour Working for a Maintenance Contractor Based initially based in Bridgewater, Somerset Working on Planned Kitchen and Bathroom contract * Working in occupied council properties * External and Internal Re-Decs of kitchens and bathrooms Overview * We are currently recruiting for an experienced Painter to join a busy inhouse maintenance team working across residential properties around Bridgewater * This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable, skilled and motivated Painter who is confident delivering high-quality decorating works within occupied properties * Deliver high-quality painting/decorating within residential properties, planning each job effectively and completing works to specification (where provided) * Prepare surfaces to ensure a proper finish, including minor wall repairs to support tiling.
For external decoration tasks, carry out small repairs to timber joinery (such as windows, doors and porches) * Complete internal re-decs * Work safely at all time and comply with relevant legislation and company procedures.
