ITS Property Maintenance is seeking an experienced General Builder / Wet Trade Multi-Trader to join a busy social housing maintenance team across CB10, CB11, CM22, CM23 and CM24. The role covers day-to-day repairs, some planned works and general maintenance in occupied properties.
You should be a reliable external tradesperson with multi-trade skills including:
- Bricklaying
- Paving
- Slabbing
- Concreting
- Patch plastering
Additionally, you should be able to work independently and have thermal boarding experience; carpentry is also beneficial.
