ITS Property Maintenance is seeking a Wet Trade Multi-Trader to join their busy social housing maintenance team based in Saffron Walden. The ideal candidate will have expertise in bricklaying, paving, slabbing, and patch plastering, with strong customer service skills. This long-term temporary position requires a full UK driving licence and the ability to work independently across multiple properties.

Competitive hourly rates of £25 - £27 are offered, along with a company van and fuel card for dedicated patches in the CB10, CB11, CM22, CM23, and CM24 areas.
