ITS Property Maintenance are currently recruiting for an experienced Kitchen Fitter / Vinyl Flooring Installer to join a well-established contractor delivering planned maintenance works across occupied social housing properties.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson with experience fitting kitchens and laying vinyl flooring to secure long-term work with the opportunity to go permanent.
Key Responsibilities
- Full kitchen installations including base and wall units, worktops and plinths.
- Minor kitchen alterations and making good.
- Laying sheet vinyl flooring to kitchens and other domestic areas.
- Completing associated carpentry works to a high standard.
- Working within occupied and void social housing properties.
- Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
- Delivering excellent customer service while working in tenants' homes.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience fitting kitchens.
- Experience laying sheet vinyl flooring.
- Previous social housing experience preferred.
- Own hand tools.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily workloads.

To achieve the upper pay bracket you must show good experience of working on social housing repair contracts.
The advertised rates are based on working CIS but a PAYE and holiday payment method and rate can be discussed, but this will mean a slight reduction in the advertised headline rate.
