- Own van would be preferred, but own car also considered.

We are currently seeking experienced Plasterers to join a busy social housing maintenance team working across properties in the London Borough of Havering. This is a long-term temporary position carrying out planned works in communal social housing blocks with the key works consisting of:
- The removal of old Artex and re-placing with a new skim coat to the walls.
- The main areas of work will consist of communal areas in housing estate stairwells.
The ideal candidate will be a strong Plasterer with reliable multi-trade skills and the ability to work independently or in 2 and 1 gang, delivering high-quality repairs to a good standard. You should also have boarding experience with an additional multi-trade skill set being an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Completing minor patch work through to a full skim, renewals and installations in occupied communal areas of properties.
