Overview
- ITS Property Maintenance are working with a reputable and growing contractor delivering high-quality planned maintenance and refurbishment programmes within the social housing sector.
- Due to continued contract growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Wet Trade Multi Trader to join the team, carrying out planned works across occupied and void properties throughout Milton Keynes.
- This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work on a well-established social housing contract with a consistent pipeline of projects through to March 2027.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out a wide range of wet trade repairs and refurbishment works within occupied and void social housing properties.
- Completing plastering, patch plastering, skimming and rendering to a high standard.
- Undertaking wall and floor tiling, including bathroom and kitchen splashback installations.
- Carrying out associated multi-trade works including basic carpentry, decorating and making good.
- Completing minor plumbing repairs such as replacing sanitary ware, taps and wastes where required.
- Working safely and professionally within residents' homes, maintaining excellent customer service at all times.
