ITS Property Maintenance are currently recruiting for an experienced Kitchen Fitter / Vinyl Flooring Installer to join a well-established contractor delivering planned maintenance works across occupied social housing properties.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson with experience fitting kitchens and laying vinyl flooring to secure long-term work with the opportunity to go permanent.
Key Responsibilities * Full kitchen installations including base and wall units, worktops and plinths. * Minor kitchen alterations and making good. * Laying sheet vinyl flooring to kitchens and other domestic areas. * Completing associated carpentry works to a high standard. * Working within occupied and void social housing properties. * Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. * Delivering excellent customer service while working in tenants homes.
Essential Requirements * Proven experience fitting kitchens. * Experience laying sheet vinyl flooring. * Previous social housing experience preferred. * Own hand tools. * Full UK Driving Licence. * Ability to work independently and manage daily workloads.
