ITS Property Maintenance is recruiting for a skilled and motivated Qualified Electrician to join our growing team covering Hull and East Yorkshire. This mobile role involves electrical installations, responsive day-to-day repairs, and remedial works across domestic properties. You’ll work within a supportive team, delivering high-quality services while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out a range of electrical installation works
- Complete responsive maintenance and day-to-day repairs
- Perform fault finding, inspection & testing, and remedial works
- Ensure all work complies with current IET Wiring Regulations (18th Edition)
- Deliver a first-time fix approach where possible
- Maintain accurate records and certification
- Provide a professional and customer-focused service at all times
What We’re Looking For
- ECS Gold Card (Electrician Grade) – essential
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
- C&G 2382 – 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- C&G 2391 Inspection & Testing
- Full UK Driving Licence
