ITS Property Maintenance are working with a reputable and growing facilities management contractor delivering planned and reactive mechanical and plumbing maintenance services across a varied portfolio of commercial and domestic properties. Due to continued contract growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Mobile Mechanical / Plumbing Engineer to join the team, carrying out planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs and emergency breakdown works across multiple client sites. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term mobile position with a well-established facilities management provider, offering a varied workload across heating, plumbing, HVAC and commercial plant systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across multiple client sites.
- Maintaining and repairing domestic boilers, combi-boilers, system pumps and motorised zone valves.
- Repairing and replacing toilets, showers, taps, sinks and associated plumbing systems.
- Maintaining and repairing unvented hot water cylinders.
- Clearing blocked internal wastes, waste traps and external domestic gullies.
