The predicted salary is between 24000 - 30000 £ per year.
You will be responsible for the upkeep of the external communal areas, grass, shrubs and hedges. You may also be required to undertake soft landscaping/minor tree work.
Main duties and responsibilities for this role include:
- Grass and hedge cutting
- Border maintenance
- Clearing leaves
- Spraying
- Litter picking
- Using hand tools and powered horticultural machinery to ensure all sites and external areas are maintained to a high standard
You will report to management with relevant information regarding site hazards, operate a range of vehicles, machinery and equipment in accordance with health and safety procedures, and undertake additional training as and when required.
What you need to bring to the role as the successful applicant:
- You must have a full UK driving licence as a company vehicle will be supplied
Position good to knows:
- Working both on your own and in a team across an organisation's contracts, offices, properties and sites where you will be driving a van and be required to be manually hands on
- You will be covering communal external ground maintenance in between Liss and Waterlooville
Your key duties:
- UK driving licence
- Awareness of using a large wheelbase van and ideally towing licence/experience (desirable)
- Practical amenity horticultural knowledge
- PA1 and PA6AW qualifications (desirable, but not essential)
