Due to a recent contract win, the contractor is expanding their in-house team and is now looking for a skilled Plumber Multi-Trader to join their Saffron Walden-based team, delivering bathroom, kitchen, and general housing repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering all aspects of repairs across tenanted social housing properties
- Undertaking planned plumbing installations and remedials as part of a scheduled upgrade programme
- Repairing and refitting showers
- Repairs to sanitary wear
- Repairing and fault-finding water issues in tenanted properties
- Install, maintain, and repair:
- Taps, toilets, basins, sinks
- Baths and shower units
- Hot and cold water systems
