SW-007-Plumber-293 Plumber £27 - £30 p/h Long term contract Location: Bridgewater, Somerset Overview ITS Property Maintenance are working with a reputable and growing contractor delivering high-quality planned kitchen replacement programmes within the social housing sector. Due to continued contract growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Plumber or Plumber Multi-Trader to join a Kitchen Fitting team, delivering planned kitchen installations across occupied and void properties in Bridgewater. Once this contract is complete then the works will be moving to Bristol which you can then move over to Key Responsibilities All electrics, kitchen rip-outs will be carried out by other trades but we are looking for you to support the Kitchen Fitters, Plasterers, Painters that we have on site by delivering Multi-Trader woks including: * Delivering all aspects of repairs across tenanted and void social housing properties * Undertaking planned plumbing installations and remedials as part of a scheduled kitchen upgrade programmes * Whilst not a necessity If you’re able to support with the following multi-trade tasks it would give you a longer run of workou: * Splash back tiling * Minor external works * Patch plastering and making good * Painting and decorating to a professional standard * Minor carpentry * Kitchen Fitting * Flooring * Working safely and professionally within occupied properties, ensuring excellent customer care at all times * Ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety requirements and client quality standards What We're Looking For * Proven experience fitting kitchens within domestic or social housing environments. * Strong plumbing background * Previous experience working on planned maintenance or refurbishment programmes within social housing * Full UK Driving Licence and own van or own car * NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing (or time-served experience) * Excellent customer service skills and a professional approach when working in residents' homes * Ability to work independently and manage your own workload What's on Offer * £27- £30 per hour * Long-term contract * Consistent workload on a secured social housing programme * Opportunity to work with a well-established contractor * Starting in ASAP How to Apply If you’re a qualified Plumber looking for a long role with consistent work, apply today or contact the ITS Property Maintenance team for immediate consideration.
