Overview
- ITS Property Maintenance are working with a reputable and growing contractor delivering high-quality planned maintenance and refurbishment programmes within the social housing sector.
- Due to continued contract growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Plasterer to join the team, carrying out planned (Kitchen and bathroom refits) works across occupied and void properties throughout Bridgewater.
- This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work on a well-established social housing contract with a consistent pipeline of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out a wide range of wet trade repairs and refurbishment works within occupied and void social housing properties.
- Completing plastering, patch plastering, skimming and rendering to a high standard.
- Working safely and professionally within residents' homes, maintaining excellent customer service at all times.
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety legislation and client quality standards.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Plasterer within domestic or social housing environments.
- Strong plastering skills with the ability to produce high-quality finishes.
- Previous experience working on planned maintenance or refurbishment contracts within the social housing sector.
- Full UK Driving Licence and own van or own car.
- NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Plastering or a relevant trade qualification, or be time served.
- CSCS Card.
- Excellent customer service skills with experience working in occupied properties.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively.
- Knowledge of planned maintenance contracts and SOR codes would be advantageous.
