ITS Property Maintenance are working with a reputable contractor delivering planned kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes within the social housing sector. We're looking for a reliable Driver Labourer to join the team, supporting Kitchen Fitters, Bathroom Fitters and Multi-Trades across occupied and void properties throughout Bridgewater. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role, so previous labouring or construction experience is essential. If you have basic carpentry, plumbing or general multi-trade skills, this would be advantageous but is not essential. A full UK driving licence is required as you'll be responsible for driving a company van between sites and assisting the team throughout the working day.
Your Key Duties
- Supporting Kitchen Fitters and Bathroom Fitters on planned refurbishment projects
- Stripping out old kitchens and getting ready for a new installation
- Assisting with kitchen and bathroom rip-outs and installations
- Loading, unloading and moving materials, tools and equipment
- Removing and disposing of waste materials safely and efficiently
- Driving a company van between properties across Bridgewater and surrounding areas
- Maintaining van stock and ensuring materials are available for the day's work
- Carrying out general labouring duties and assisting trades where required
- Ensuring work areas are kept clean, tidy and safe at all times
What's Needed From You

- Previous labouring or construction experience
- Physically fit and able to undertake manual handling duties
- Reliable with excellent timekeeping
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
