ITS Plymouth has built a strong relationship with Construction Clients in the South West for over 20 years and we are looking for a motivated individual to join our team and continue the strong foothold we have in this region. Responsibilities
- Managing and developing existing client relationships
- Generating new business through outbound sales calls, networking and referrals
- Taking detailed job briefs and matching suitable candidates to live vacancies
- Advertising vacancies across multiple job boards and social media platforms
- Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
- Managing candidate availability and bookings for temporary assignments
- Carrying out full candidate registrations, including compliance, references and qualification checks
- Negotiating pay rates and fees with clients and candidates
- Using the internal database to maintain accurate records and activity logs
- Always providing a high level of service to clients and candidates

Qualifications
- Confident, motivated and target-driven
- Excellent communication and telephone manner
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Computer literate with the ability to learn internal systems
- Previous recruitment, sales or construction industry experience is desirable
- Full valid driving licence required for client visits & field sales
