On behalf of our flagship client, we are looking for a Finishing Manager to assist on a new build housing site in Penzance. You will be responsible for snagging new build houses to get ready for completion and overseeing some sub-contract trades on the site.
A hands-on approach is essential as you may be required to assist with some snagging duties. SSSTS or SMSTS is required, as well as CSCS and first aid. Ideally, you will have a trades background and will be willing to assist on the tools where needed to get the job done. A roll-your-sleeves-up approach is required!
