ITS Group are a leading construction recruitment specialist with 50 years experience. Our South West division have been supplying local construction projects for over 20 years across Devon & Cornwall.
On behalf of our flagship client, we are looking for an experienced site manager to work on a new build housing site in Okehampton. Must have previous experience of managing residential projects and the ability to oversee sub-contractors. This role is to support the existing site team to get the remaining plots over the line with associated finishing works.
Estimated timeframe is 4 to 8 weeks but this may be extended. Must have SMSTS / First Aid / CSCS.
