ITS Group are a leading Construction Recruitment Specialist supplying staff to construction clients for over 45 years. We are seeking an Assistant Site Manager to work with a national housebuilder in Bideford, North Devon. Your role will be to support the site manager in day to day operations, liaise with sub-contractors on site, and be hands on out in the field to assist with the smooth running of the site. You will be required to work through a snagging list to complete plots ready in time for the Christmas shut down. Previous experience in assistant or finishing manager work in residential new build house-build projects is essential, or a site manager happy to work as an assistant.
