About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Roofing Site Manager to oversee large-scale roofing projects, including an ongoing project in Nottingham. You will be responsible for managing operations on water treatment sites, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee roofing projects across the Severn Trent region
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and site procedures
- Manage subcontractors and site teams effectively
- Coordinate temporary works and scaffolding inspections
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and project stakeholders
Requirements:
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
- CSCS Black Supervisors Card
- NVQ Level 4 in Site Supervision
- Temporary Works Qualification
- Scaffold Inspection Certification
- Nominated First Aider
- Full UK Driving Licence
