We are seeking a reliable and safety‑conscious Traffic Marshall / Gateman to join our team on a busy construction site. The successful candidate will be responsible for controlling vehicle movements, ensuring site access is managed efficiently, and maintaining a safe working environment for staff, visitors, and the public.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and manage the movement of vehicles entering and leaving the site
- Ensure safe loading and unloading of deliveries
- Maintain clear communication with drivers, site management, and operatives
- Monitor site access points and ensure only authorised personnel enter
- Log deliveries and visitor entries accurately
- Assist with general site duties when required
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements
- Valid Traffic Marshall / Banksman ticket (e.g., CPCS or NPORS)
