We are currently looking for an experienced Groundworks Gang to join our team on a range of ongoing residential, commercial and infrastructure projects across Gloucestershire and Worcestershire.

The Role:

  • All aspects of groundworks including drainage, kerbing, concreting and foundations
  • Excavation and preparation works
  • Installation of ducts, drainage systems and utilities
  • Slabbing, paving and external works
  • Working from drawings and site plans
  • Operating plant machinery where qualified
  • Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site
  • Working efficiently as part of an established gang

Requirements:

  • Experienced Groundworkers with a proven track record
  • Valid CSCS Cards for all gang members
  • CPCS/NPORS Plant Tickets advantageous
  • Streetworks (NRSWA) qualifications beneficial
  • Full UK Driving Licence preferred
  • Ability to work to deadlines while maintaining quality standards
  • Reliable, hardworking and safety-conscious
