ITS is a fast-growing construction recruitment business, and we’re looking for a reliable, organised Office Administrator to support our busy Cheltenham office. This is a key role at the heart of the business, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, and isn’t afraid to get stuck in.
The role
You’ll be supporting the wider team with day-to-day office administration, helping keep processes tight and the office running efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
- General office administration and support
- Answering phones, emails, and greeting visitors professionally
- Managing documents, records, and filing systems
- Supporting consultants and management with admin tasks
- Data entry and maintaining accurate systems
- Ordering office supplies and liaising with suppliers
- Assisting with basic finance/admin tasks where required
