Assistant Site Manager

ITS Construction is currently recruiting an experienced Residential Assistant Site Manager to join a reputable team working on housing association projects. Key Responsibilities: * Assist in the daily management of residential construction sites, ensuring smooth operations and timely project completion. * Supervise subcontractors and ensure all work meets high standards, in line with project specifications. * Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site. * Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. * Coordinate site resources (materials and equipment) to maintain efficient workflow. * Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, including site diaries and progress reports. * Assist with quality control inspections and snagging. * Support the Site Manager in managing project budgets and controlling costs. * Ensure compliance with NHBC standards and guidelines. Essential Requirements: * 3-5 years of experience as an Assistant Site Manager, preferably with a housing association or spec builder. * Strong knowledge of NHBC standards and experience working with them. * Experience managing housing association projects. * Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. * Proven ability to manage subcontractors and work with stakeholders. * Comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations. * SMSTS * First Aid qualification (preferred). * Valid CSCS card. * NVQ Level 6 Package & Benefits: * Salary: Up to £50k * Car Allowance: £5.5K or electric company car * Mileage: Discretionary mileage * Full IT Package * Pension: Grading pension * Choice-Based Benefits: £500 * Bonus: 10% based on Health & Safety, Productivity, Production, and Quality * Career Progression: Excellent opportunities for career growth with visible progression within the company
