About the Role

We are seeking a highly capable, proactive Executive Assistant to provide first-class administrative and business support to the Managing Director of a forward-thinking construction company. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to the Managing Director
  • Act as a key point of contact and “gatekeeper”, ensuring effective communication across the business
  • Manage the Managing Director’s diary, appointments, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics
  • Prepare briefs, agendas, reports, presentations, and board-level documentation
  • Coordinate and support Board meetings, including minute taking and action tracking
  • Manage and prioritise the Managing Director’s email inbox
  • Support the development of business strategy through research, analysis, and project coordination
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the Managing Director
