Job Description: * Position: Plumber * Job Type: Temporary * Start Date: Immediate * Working Hours: 07:30 – 16:30 * Industry: Construction Trades * Location: Bexhill, East Sussex * Rate of Pay: £26 – £32 Per Hour * Qualifications & Experience Required: CSCS Card, City & Guilds or referenced experience * Duration: Ongoing Job Description ITS Building People are seeking an experienced and hardworking Plumber to assist our client, a small housing developer, on a project based in Bexhill East Sussex. Own transport and tools are preferred. This contract is Monday to Friday and there may be the option to do overtime Daily Responsibilities * 1st and 2nd fix of new build houses * Read drawings & specs * Testing * All standard safety requirements and operating processes will be expected as standard Requirements * Valid CSCS Card * Gas safe isn’t essential but experience in new build housing is. All works must be undertaken to an excellent standard * Own tools and reliable transport. * Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and installations. * Proven leadership and coordination skills. * Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational abilities. Rates of Pay Where a range of pay is quoted, the minimum rate applies to candidates who meet the minimum qualifications and experience listed.
