ITS is a well-established and highly successful recruitment consultancy specialising in the construction sector. Each office operates with strong local knowledge of its clients and candidates, delivering a bespoke, tailored service. With Directors present in every office, we offer hands-on leadership, high-quality training, and a consistent group ethos that underpins our reputation.

Our Sussex office has a strong client base and an excellent reputation across East. You will be joining a well-established team of three experienced consultants and a Resourcer, supported by a company Director. This is a hands-on role managing and developing a warm desk, focused on supplying trade contractors.
