From our beginnings in Reading in 1973, we’ve grown to 19 offices across Central and Southern England and South Wales, working with some of the biggest names in the industry. What You’ll Be Doing
- Sourcing and attracting candidates using a variety of methods
- Writing and managing job adverts
- Screening, shortlisting, and presenting candidates
- Building and maintaining strong candidate relationships
- Supporting the recruitment process from start to finish
- Managing compliance and pre-employment checks
- Maintaining accurate records on internal systems
- Identifying new business and candidate opportunities
- Developing skills with systems, administration and time management
