The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in recruitment, sales and business development. You don't need previous recruitment experience – we're looking for the right attitude, work ethic and ambition. We will provide the training, support and tools to help you become a successful Recruitment Consultant.
You’ll join an established and supportive team where you’ll learn how to:
- Build relationships with construction clients across Sussex.
- Source and manage candidates for temporary and permanent vacancies.
- Develop your own client portfolio and generate new business opportunities.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a successful temporary workforce.
- Negotiate and deliver excellent customer service to both clients and candidates.
This is a fast-paced, rewarding and highly entrepreneurial role where no two days are the same.
