Due to continued growth, we are looking to appoint an experienced Billing Manager to join our established Guildford office.

The Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity to join one of our most successful offices, which has been operating since 1989.

The office benefits from longstanding relationships with many of Surrey's leading contractors and an established, profitable client base We are looking for someone ambitious, commercially minded and energised by the idea of building something special.

Someone who enjoys developing people, winning business and taking ownership rather than simply managing a desk.

Working closely with one of the Group Directors, you will play a key role in managing the day-to-day operation of the business, supporting and developing consultants, and helping to deliver the next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage and support a team of recruitment consultants and resourcer.
  • Drive office performance, profitability and billing activity.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support consultants in securing new clients
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
  • Coach, mentor and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to implement business growth strategies. About You We are looking for someone who has:
  • Previous experience in recruitment management, team leadership, or a senior billing role.
  • A proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing successful teams.
  • Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
  • A hands-on, positive and motivated approach.
