Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an ambitious and driven individual to join our successful Trades team. You don’t need previous recruitment experience; we’re looking for the right attitude, work ethic and ambition. We will provide the training, support and tools to help you become a successful Recruitment Consultant.
You’ll join an established and supportive team where you’ll learn how to:
- Build relationships with construction clients across Sussex.
- Source and manage candidates for temporary and permanent vacancies.
- Develop your own client portfolio and generate new business opportunities.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
