We re looking for a driven individual to join ITS as an Apprentice Recruitment Consultant , becoming part of a friendly, high-performing team within a well-established and growing business. About ITS ITS is a leading recruitment consultancy with over 50 years of experience supplying personnel across the construction sector. From our beginnings in Reading in 1973, we ve grown to 19 offices across Central and Southern England and South Wales, working with some of the biggest names in the industry. Our success is built on strong relationships, local expertise, and a commitment to delivering a high-quality service to both clients and candidates. What You’ll Be Doing Sourcing and attracting candidates using a variety of methods Writing and managing job adverts Screening, shortlisting, and presenting candidates Building and maintaining strong candidate relationships Supporting the recruitment process from start to finish Managing compliance and pre-employment checks Maintaining accurate records on internal systems Identifying new business and candidate opportunities Developing skills with systems, administration and time management What We’re Looking For Strong communication skills A competitive and driven mindset Interest in sales and people-focused work Good organisation and attention to detail Willingness to learn and develop What You’ll Get Level 2 or 3 Recruitment Apprenticeship ( months) Ongoing training, including REC-accredited learning Clear career progression with fast-track opportunities Monthly salary + bonus incentives Supportive management and team environment Regular performance reviews and development plans Working Hours Monday to Friday, 9:00am 5:00pm (35 hours per week, 1-hour lunch) If you re ambitious, career-driven, and want to build a long-term future in recruitment, this is a great opportunity to get started with a market-leading company.
