We are on the lookout for a Recruitment Consultant to join our centrally based office in Hereford. Do you have recruitment and or sales experience? Confident on the telephone? Are you self-motivated? We are looking for someone who is motivated, positive and personable, who will strive to get the best results for our clients and candidates. If you have a background in sales, including telephone sales and face to face selling, we want to hear from you. Remember with recruitment no two days are the same, so this really is a great opportunity. The ideal candidate will have high energy and a can-do attitude.

You will be sourcing candidates and securing your own clients. You will be surrounded by experienced consultants who have been through the same process as you. A basic starting salary, with view to earn up to £50k a year, ITS offer uncapped commission; this means the amount of work you put in will be directly reflected in your take home pay. We also regularly run incentives including trips abroad, lunches, and vouchers!
