Full Job Description MEP Site Manager (MECHANICALLY BIAISED -Fully qualified or time served in a mechanical discipline) is required to work as part of a Delivery team within a 30yr plus established construction and M&E Contractor. The company is a £35M turnover company with a sound client base within the Transport, healthcare., Educational sectors to name a few. The company is financially sound. Rate For Temp: £280 to £300 p/d Perm Rate: TBC Location The role will be on a prestigious site based in North London and will run for Duration: 20 months from Jan 2025 to approx August 2026. Project Details: The project consists of replacement of all existing Roof Plant- AHUs/Chillers and associated services not limited to CHW/LTHW/BMS/fire alarm/Small power/Submain and Swich-panel upgrades/Fume cupboards. The works will be on the roof, in service risers and corridors and plant areas within the building and will all be managed whilst maintaining live services within a live environment. Job Requirements: Working within a team and alongside a construction site manager. Be Client Facing and able to communicate in Person. Manage all elements of health and safety across the site. Manage Subcontractors and direct staff. Provide Daily site reports Review and comment on subcontractor RAMs Fully Understand and be able to deliver MEP design drawings alongside the construction works. Manage Planned MEP shutdowns & diversions and service reinstatements Provide Programme reports and updates.
