We are working with a well-established property services contractor based in North London, currently looking for an experienced Senior Estimator due to continued growth and several recent framework wins. Our projects include planned maintenance, refurbishment, and social housing works, with tender values typically ranging from £500k to £20m.
The Role
- Managing tenders from initial enquiry through to final submission
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documents
- Producing accurate cost plans and pricing submissions
- Securing competitive quotes from subcontractors and suppliers
- Working closely with the commercial and pre-construction teams
- Managing multiple tenders at various stages
Requirements
- Proven estimating experience within refurbishment, planned works, or social housing
