We are seeking a hands-on Working Foreman with a strong carpentry background to oversee and actively participate in high-quality refurbishment works across schools in the Woking area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake hands-on carpentry and general refurbishment tasks
- Supervise and coordinate site teams to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations within school environments
- Liaise with school representatives, site managers, and subcontractors
- Carry out quality control checks to maintain high standards of workmanship
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within carpentry and refurbishment
- Strong background in internal and external refurbishment, particularly within schools
