This company undertakes all aspects of construction, general building, and project management for home renovation projects – from full refurbishments and property extensions to bespoke new build homes. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on, proactive Foreman to join a passionate team delivering high-quality residential projects across the region. You’ll oversee the day-to-day operations on site, coordinating trades, managing materials, and ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required standard. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Overseeing all on-site construction activities * Coordinating subcontractors and direct labour * Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards * Managing project schedules and resource allocation * Maintaining site records and reporting progress to the project manager * Quality assurance and snagging oversight * Liaising with clients, suppliers, and external stakeholders * Problem-solving and decision-making on site The ideal candidate will have/be: * Proven experience as a Site Foreman on residential projects * Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills * Ability to interpret drawings and manage day-to-day site logistics * SMSTS or SSSTS (preferred) * First Aid trained (desirable) * Full UK driving licence * A proactive approach with attention to detail and quality
