This company emphasizes quality, safety, and collaboration, working closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver efficient, reliable outcomes. This client focuses on projects involving demolition, replacement and refurbishment. \\n \\nKey responsibilities include, but are not limited to:\\n \\n Overall leadership and management of the project team  \\nClient and stakeholder engagement \\nOversight of design development and coordination \\nEstablishment of construction methodology and programme  \\nEnsuring smooth, timely and efficient site operations \\nFull contractual and financial control of the project  \\nMaintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and compliance  \\nExperience working with demolition, replacement and refurbishment    The ideal candidate:\\n \\nProven experience as a Senior Project Manager within a major / regional contracting organisation  \\nTrack record of delivering large-scale projects valued at £20m+  \\nStrong client, design team and project team management skills  \\nExcellent technical, contractual and commercial understanding  \\nDemonstrable focus, drive and leadership capability  \\nExperience delivering public sector schemes under NEC contracts (highly advantageous) \\nHow to apply: Please send an up-to-date CV in strict confidence or contact the office on (phone number removed)   The ITS Group is committed to promoting equal opportunities in employment.
