Candidate required:Â Pre-Construction Manager\\nJob Type:Â Permanent\\nStart date:Â ASAP\\nIndustry:Â Construction\\nLocation:Â Basingstoke\\n\\nAbout the client:\\n\\n Our client is a prestigious Tier 1 main contractor delivering major projects across commercial, residential, education, healthcare, and infrastructure sectors. They are seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to lead the planning and coordination of projects during the pre-contract stage, ensuring successful handover to the delivery team. As Pre-Construction Manager, you will take ownership of the pre-construction phase, managing design development, cost planning, risk, and buildability reviews to set projects up for success.
