They are seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to lead the planning and coordination of projects during the pre-contract stage, ensuring successful handover to the delivery team. As Pre-Construction Manager, you will take ownership of the pre-construction phase, managing design development, cost planning, risk, and buildability reviews to set projects up for success.
