On behalf of our Client ITS are recruiting for a site-based Office Administrator for a leading Tier 1 construction contractor delivering complex and high-profile infrastructure and building projects across the UK. We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Administrator to support the efficient running of our project. This is a crucial role, ensuring the smooth day-to-day administration and coordination of site based activities, working closely with the site management team, subcontractors, and the wider business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full administrative support to the site team including document control, meeting coordination, and filing
- Obtaining STAT Plans
- Act as the primary point of contact for all administrative queries on site
- Maintain accurate records of site documentation, drawings, permits, and reports
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operational workflow
- Manage site-based HR documentation including timesheets, inductions, and training records
- Organise and coordinate site meetings, take minutes, and distribute actions
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations
- Support procurement activities such as ordering materials and managing delivery records
- Assist with the preparation and submission of progress reports, health & safety records, and quality assurance documents
- Provide reception duties on-site when required, including visitor management
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced site environment.
