Our client has a strong track record of delivering projects in the healthcare, education, and transport sectors. We are seeking an experienced MEP Site Manager to join a prestigious and technically challenging healthcare refurbishment project in West London. The 15-month scheme involves the transformation of two existing hospital floors into consulting rooms, an MRI suite, and a nuclear medicine facility. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-value, complex project with long-term potential. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader responsible for managing MEP works on-site, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring that health & safety, programme, and quality standards are consistently achieved. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Managing day-to-day MEP installation activities on a live healthcare site. Coordinating subcontractors and direct labour to deliver high-quality work. Monitoring progress and reporting via Procore project management software. Overseeing health and safety compliance, including reviewing RAMS. Planning and delivering MEP shutdowns, diversions, and reinstatement works. Managing temporary and permanent mechanical and electrical systems installation. Liaising with the main contractor and client team to ensure alignment with the wider construction programme. Leading MEP coordination with construction activities to avoid clashes and delays. The ideal candidate will have/be: Minimum 7 years\β experience in MEP site management. Time-served or HND-qualified in mechanical or electrical engineering. Strong knowledge of building services in complex, live environments (preferably healthcare). Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project. Valid SMSTS and First Aid qualifications. Experience using Procore or similar project management platforms (preferred). Fire Marshal certification (preferred). Ability to interpret and deliver on MEP design drawings. A proactive communicator with excellent coordination and leadership skills.
