The role & about the client: ITS Building People are supporting a well-established and growing construction business based in Lee on Solent who are looking to appoint a Finance Assistant / Administrator to support their busy accounts and operations team. This is a key position within the business, supporting day-to-day financial administration and ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial information. The successful candidate must have hands-on experience using Xero and be confident working independently in a fast-paced office environment. This role would suit someone organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple tasks across finance and administration.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Processing purchase invoices and reconciling supplier statements
- Raising sales invoices and assisting with credit control
