As Project Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of high-quality construction projects, managing them from inception through to handover. You’ll oversee all on-site activities, coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the company’s high standards.
- Oversee all phases of project delivery including programme, budget, and quality
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers effectively
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards
- Maintain strong client and consultant relationships
- Drive quality, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving
About You:
- Proven experience managing new build or refurbishment projects (£5m–£20m range)
- Background with a reputable main contractor or high-end developer
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates required
- Local knowledge of Hampshire or Dorset advantageous
