The role & about the client: On behalf of our client, ITS Construction Professionals South are recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager/ Finishing Manager to join a reputable residential company based in Sussex.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding the company's health and safety policy and ensure that it is implemented by all staff.
- Run daily site activities.
- Report and liaise with the Project Manager.
- Manage subcontractors and specialists onsite.
- Record project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Ensure on-site Health and Safety.
- Quality Assurance of works.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager/ Finishing Manager.
- Relevant certifications- SMSTS and First Aid.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills.
- Experience working in the residential industry.
