We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a live roofing refurbishment project in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for an all-round Site Manager who is confident running their own projects from start to finish and is comfortable working in a client-facing environment.
Project Overview
- Full strip-off of existing roof back to VCL
- Making the roof watertight
- Roof insulation works
- Re-roofing with UPVC
- Fascia installation
- Air conditioning unit installation
Scaffolding works will begin immediately and run for approximately the first 3–4 weeks.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing their own construction projects
- Strong all-round construction knowledge
- Experience working within live environments
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to liaise confidently with school representatives and stakeholders
