They are seeking a talented Bid Manager to join their high-performing pre-construction team and lead the development of winning bids that secure major projects. As Bid Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full bid lifecycle, ensuring the timely and high-quality submission of tenders that reflect the company’s standards and win strategy. You’ll work closely with estimators, planners, design managers, and senior stakeholders to produce compelling, client-focused proposals.\\n\\nKey responsibilities include, but are not limited to:\\n \\nLead and coordinate the bid process from initial enquiry to submission \\nDevelop and manage the bid programme, ensuring all deadlines are achieved \\nChair bid meetings and manage inputs from estimators, planners, and technical teams \\nCraft high-quality, client-tailored written content and presentations \\nAnalyse client requirements and develop winning strategies and differentiators \\nWork with the Pre-Construction Director to ensure bids are commercially sound \\nDrive continuous improvement of bid quality, processes, and win rates The ideal candidate will have/be:\\n \\nProven experience as a Bid Manager within a Tier 1 or large Tier 2 main contractor \\nStrong understanding of the UK construction industry and procurement routes (Design & Build, JCT, NEC) \\nExcellent writing, editing, and communication skills \\nHighly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously \\nCollaborative, confident, and commercially astute What's on offer:\\n \\nCompetitive salary + car/car allowance + benefits package \\nOpportunity to work on flagship UK projects with a market-leading contractor \\nClear career progression within a highly respected pre-construction function How to apply:\\n\\nPlease send an updated CV or call the office line to apply.\\nThe ITS Group is committed to promoting equal opportunities in employment.
