Junior/ Assistant Construction Project Manager Location: St Albans (Office-Based) + Site Visits (London & Surrounding Areas) Salary: £50,000 + Package (Vehicle Allowance, Pension, 28 Days Holiday, Laptop) Join a Leading Construction & Fit-Out Contractor Are you a hands-on professional with a joinery or carpentry background looking to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a Junior Construction Project Manager to oversee exciting fit-out, refurbishment, and new-build projects across London and the surrounding areas. What You’ll Be Doing * Manage high-quality projects from pre-construction to handover. * Liaise with architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless delivery. * Monitor progress with site visits and uphold health & safety standards. * Work alongside the Building Services Contracts Manager on M&E packages. * Ensure projects meet quality, cost, and deadline expectations. What We’re Looking For * Trade Background: Joinery/carpentry experience before moving into management. * Project Experience: Fit-out, refurbishment, or new-build knowledge. * Skills: Strong coordination, communication, and organisation. * Knowledge: Construction contracts, drawings, and site management. * Ambition: Keen to develop into a senior Project Manager role. * Driving License: Required for site visits across London & surrounding areas.
