Attention to Detail? Organised? Great with People? We’re looking for a Snagging Coordinator / Planner to take ownership of the post-completion and snagging process across multiple construction sites. You’ll be the key link between site teams, subcontractors, and clients—ensuring snagging is well-documented, scheduled, and completed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate snagging inspections and rectification schedules with site and customer care teams
  • Log, track, and monitor snagging items across multiple live and completed projects
  • Plan and allocate remedial work to subcontractors and monitor completion timelines
  • Conduct site visits to inspect completed units and confirm snag rectification
  • Liaise with clients to arrange access and provide updates on issue resolution
  • Support handover and aftercare processes in line with company standards

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in a construction or property-based coordination, planning, or admin role
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of snagging or quality control within housebuilding or commercial fit-out
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites when needed
