Our client is an established, growing construction business delivering high-quality projects across multiple sectors—from commercial new builds and education schemes to residential refurbishments and interior fit-outs. Due to continued growth they are looking for an experienced Site Manager who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is capable of running a site from the ground up or mid-project with minimal supervision.
Your Role:
- Manage day-to-day operations on construction sites across commercial, residential, and fit-out sectors
- Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to specification
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, plant, and logistics
- Maintain H&S compliance and site documentation (RAMS, toolbox talks, inductions)
- Work closely with Contracts Managers, clients, and design teams
- Deliver high-quality finishes and build strong working relationships with stakeholders
- Handle handovers, snagging, and client walkthroughs
Looking For:
- A proven Site Manager with 4+ years’ experience across multi-sector builds (commercial, residential, education, or healthcare)
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and organisation skills
- SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid qualified
